Kevin Mullin's background needs to be TRANSPARENT and many Californians have recently discovered while volunteering to Repeal the harmful Death Tax part of Prop 19. Surprisingly, that's NOT transparent in any of Kevin Mullin's political bio? Do a Google search:

Proposition 19 was added to the ballot via ACA 11 [Assembly Constitutional Amendment No. 11] which was authored by San Mateo Assembly member Kevin Mullin" (in 2020 when many people were busy adjusting to life with a worldwide Pandemic).

"Proposition 19 [ ACA11 ], is an amendment of the Constitution of Calif that was narrowly approved by voters in the general election on November 3, 2020, with just over 51% of the vote... " (over 8m voters in Calif who paid attn and opposed it in Nov 2020). Read more at:

Sadly for the Mullin family, but Interestingly, Kevin Mullin's father (Gene Mullin) DECEASED in April 2021 (when the Mullin family had to face the new Death Tax law)! See his obituary below.

Please SHARE if Mr Kevin Mullin's family follow the new Death Tax law and pay the high property tax at REASSESSED market value of their family properties or did they circumvent the law by hiring legal teams to do LLC (or other loopholes ) to protect their family asset?
