People have choices. I'm sure people are aware of the risk, though minimal. People can eat at home, order pick up or eat at restaurant. The most important thing people are intelligent enough to make an individual or family decision. We don't need some elected leader micromanaging our lives. I would rate the Gov. of California and New York doing a terrible job, but all voters make the decision when they run for office. Each state makes the decision when to open businesses. Decisions are not made in Washington DC, we are a country where States have the legal authority to make decisions. This is a perfect learning lesson for citizens to determine who are the Governor and local officials to see if they make common-sense decisions. The last we need as a society is someone telling us, to put a mark on between bits.
