Original post made by resident, Los Altos, on May 31, 2013

Thomas Andrew Cronin, a Los Altos resident, has allegedly been on a one-man crime wave this year. The Los Altos Police recently arrested him and charged him with 8 separate armed robberies of local banks and businesses. Is this a new record for a Los Altos resident? I have to say I really do not appreciate this attempt at sarcasm, humor, cynicism, or whatever this is supposed to be ... not to mention there are not statistic on how much crime has in the past been perpetrated by certain individuals.

The whole idea of journalism or reporting seems to be completely gone and these articles seem like just someone's idea of a joke at times.

Is there really no one in charge, a manager or editor that passes on this kind of nonsense?
