This is great information but why on earth does it require a bill? Having to legislate personal responsibity is very troubling.

Very interesting. I have a mammogram scheduled for April 4, and look forward to learning about how PAMF complies with this new law. I know I have dense breast tissue already (no thanks to PAMF).

Most doctors, if they are not in a clinic-type practice, will tell a patient upon reading her mammogram that she has dense breasts. Mine did, but she is a resident at El Camino, and therefore independent of PAMF or Stanford. It is sad that this law is necessary, but because of a few negligent doctors and clinics, it is a life-saving necessity.
