VIDEO: Author talks about WWII Nisei soldiers

On Sunday, Aug. 4, San Francisco author and photographer Tom Graves discussed his book, "Twice Heroes: America's Nisei Veterans of WWII and Korea," at Palo Alto's Obon Festival. Graves spent a decade conducting hundreds and hundreds of interviews with these aging veterans, gathering the rich stories they had to tell for his book.

As I recall, the Japanese soldiers in the 442nd (?) Combat Infantry lost more men than any other unit of the American army.
