Hope they're putting in a new gas station. There are currently no gas stations in midtown. Residents must drive to other neighborhoods to fill up.

A mixed use complex is going in on the gas station site. Offices under residential on top. Personally, I wouldn't like to live or work on the site of a former gas station. I hope it's been properly cleaned up
Any information on the mixed-use complex?

You don't need to be condescending when responding to someone's question or comment.
While housing/residential is not a good choice at least it will get rid of the eyesore that has been vacant for too many years. Shame on Arco for leaving it like that/
Just remember who owns Arco. They have no shame.
