It's obviously a tragedy, and one cannot prejudge who is at fault. But as a cyclist who regularly rides Skyline Blvd, as well as 84 West of Skyline, I witness far too many motorcycles going at warp speed, making screeching noises, and often passing cyclists well within the legal 3ft distance. It's so ubiquitous, especially on weekends, that one wonders why law enforcement is so lenient about them. Perhaps this tragedy might change something ?
