Xerox donated its pioneering Palo Alto Research Center (PARC) to Menlo Park-based SRI International to collaborate on new innovations, the company announced.

Good news - a reasonable way for Xerox to shed a group it can no longer afford as it declines.

I miss the volleyball games at the first PARC building that had the infamous beanbag room inside. Good times.

My 97-year-old dad worked his entire career in the Computer Science Lab at SRI with some of the most amazing people who invented and worked on the technologies mentioned in this article. I grew up with their kids who I'm sure will appreciate this article (and Xerox) as much as I do!
