Its a Lousy Loud Mural and it doesn't represent ALL the East Palo Altoans.
It was (whomever's) attempt in covering up a Water Tower that should not of been built there in the first place. The East Palo Alto City Council has NO sense of continuity. They tend to ONLY represent a few "Cronies". This needs to STOP.
Just like Little Kids play house. The People there are playing as though they are a "City". Representing One Sole Demographic.
