It is both difficult to find parking and to feed the meters when you are trying to participate in a meeting that drags on unpredictably. People who attend public meetings should be able to get free, unlimited parking time near these buildings for the entire meeting they are attending. Transit options to get there are really awful from north county. The parking problem excludes low income and time-limited people who juggle work and civic life.
