Serial killer John Getreu pleads guilty to 1973 murder of Leslie Perlov

A man convicted of a string of sexually motivated murders of young women pleaded guilty on Tuesday to the 1973 murder of Leslie Marie Perlov, a 21-year-old law librarian, on Stanford University land.

Sorry the German court system only gave him a short sentence. Look what came after…(over here). Tragic.

This man is pure evil! What pain he inflicted on his victims, their families, and their friends.

I still wonder if he might have been involved in the disappearance of Ylva Annika Hagner on October 14, 1996. She lived in Palo Alto and attended Stanford University.

I always question how an innocent baby could and can become a killer.

I also wondered about Ylva Hagner when I read this article. Her disappearance haunts me. I pray for the sake of her family and friends that her case is also solved someday.

This serial killer/rapist monster should've gotten the death penalty a long time ago. He's lived his entire life outside of prison, which is more than you can say for his victims. I'm sure there are other victims as well. Rot in hell Getreu where you belong.
