Civil Rights Division -- an amalgamated mushpile of state agencies that have all been lumped under one leaky umbrella. Don't get wet waiting for a department that was overloaded before they even opened their doors. Firmly ask your potential employer what their pay scale is when you get an interview. If it doesn't fit your experience or needs level, tell them thank you and hang up or click off your zoom or walk out or whatever. I should think with this new BS called "the great resignation" employers should be offering top dollar to lure workers back into the working world. And they should be shouting it from the rafters or at least in their wanted ads.
