Wonderful to see this suicide prevention text line roll out nationally, and to know that California is doing its part to ensure that sufficient resources are available for those who reach out for such help. We in Palo Alto know better than most that mental health issues must be de-stigmatized so that people can get the help they need. Whether it's our youth, adults, or seniors, we are all impacted. Let's all spread the word about this tremendous resource: Text 988 for help.
