The bond between siblings has top billing in 'Sense and Sensibility' musical at TheatreWorks

TheatreWorks is staging a musical adaptation of Jane Austen's "Sense and Sensibility," about the trials and triumphs of sisters Elinor and Marianne Dashwood, through April 3 at Palo Alto's Lucie Stern Theatre.

I saw the play on Sunday and really enjoyed it. The singing and acting were wonderful. There are fewer characters in this musical adaptation than in Jane Austen's book, but it still works well as a story and a musical. It's wonderful to support our regional theaters. I'd recommend seeing this production!
