Stanford requires COVID-19 vaccines for all employees

Stanford is requiring all employees, whether working remotely or from the office, to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by Dec. 8, unless they have a medical or religious accommodation.

This is very disappointing.

I’m pro-vaccine and was vaccinated (Moderna) earlier in the year. But mandates? According to the CDC, anywhere between 100-150 million Americans have natural immunity as a result of already contracting the coronavirus. Many studies have shown that this is equally or much stronger than getting vaxed.

Biden stated a number of times earlier in the year that there would be no mandates. Yet, here we are. Biden’s messaging on coronavirus has been abysmal. No wonder his approval rating is tanking.
