It is really important to vote no if you do not want one of those very much less competent people running our state. It won't help to vote a name since there is no minimum number of votes required to elect the substitute governor. Whoever gets the most votes , even a dozen in all, will be the next governor if the yes votes outnumber the no votes Scary to contemplate.

The folks who are available as options if Newsom is recalled all feel like people I'd rather not see elected. I've voted no, and also spent time phone banking against the recall. There are lots of opportunities to volunteer if you want to join me - Web Link
