Hateful spray-painted message under investigation by police

A racial epithet spray-painted near a children's playground in a downtown Palo Alto park is being investigated as a hate crime by city police.

I wish stores would just stop selling spray paint. Period.
It is on my list of unneeded (useless) items which are sold all over the world.
Glitter (glitter glue, glitter slime, glitter encrusted decorations, and clothing).
Balloons (Mylar, polychloroprene, etc), and single use straws.
