Ada's Cafe in Palo Alto, which employs people with disabilities, is barely treading water amid the COVID-19 pandemic. A local resident has launched an auction to help the nonprofit survive.

I just ordered a bunch of Ada's cookie boxes to deliver to friends for the holidays. They are amazing! Highly recommend if you're looking for last minute gifts that support a great cause.

Not "covid hurdles," but lockdown hurdles. Yet another casualty of unchecked "emergency powers" to impose policies that add to the damage of a virus, not mitigate it.

Our company Web Link is also hiring people with disabilities. Our business operates online so we haven't experienced any issues due to the COVID-19 lockdown. I hope all will stay okay for us and this is a pity that some brick-and-mortar businesses got closed.
