Where was the warning posted? We did not receive any warning or notices of the sort. Air quality was much better today but seems to be getting worse tonight. How will we be notified to evacuate?!

FYI, there's a minor panic today with friends on email and on Facebook and in Palo Alto-specific FB groups 1) wondering IF Palo Alto Hills has been evacuated, 2) why they haven't gotten alerts from the city and where to look for City alerts, and 3) where the live link to sign up for the alerts is in the new city website being trumpeted on NextDoor and on FB.
Not clear what caused all this today. Was an alert sent to PA Hills residents? No one seems to know and no City alerts can be found.
