Downtown now a Ghost Town

Original post made by Nancy, Old Palo Alto, on Mar 21, 2018

With University Ave blocked from Webster to Cowper for construction the downtown AREA has turned into a ghost town. I would've thought all the traffic would move to Hamilton or Lytton but those streets are quiet too.

Anyone else notice? Who would believe this?
