Power outage hits downtown Palo Alto

Utilities crews are expected to work into the night to fully restore power after close to 300 customers in and around downtown Palo Alto lost power late Wednesday afternoon.

The Palo Alto Clinic was also out. I wonder how they coped.

Who damaged that underground cable? what caused them to do that? This news story did not say.
