Efficient pitching effort helps Palo Alto 15s advance

Ryan So needed just 68 pitches to throw a complete game victory and the Palo Alto 15-year-old Babe Ruth all-stars beat Mountain View 11-3 to remain alive in the Babe Ruth NorCal State Tournament at Baylands Athletic Center on Tuesday night.
