Air is smokey tonight in Midtown Palo Alto

Original post made by Lily, Midtown, on Sep 4, 2016

Anyone else experiencing smokey air tonight? I've just closed all of our windows because of it. Seems like either firewood smoke or maybe forest fire smoke. Just wondering how widespread this is. I know we have neighbors with very serious breathing problems, hope the air clears soon.

It's your neighbors burning wood as soon as there's a chill in the air. Evening air pollution in Palo Alto is pretty bad.
