Selling home: tanbark recommendation?

Well hello everyone - after many years living in my home, I will soon be putting her onto the market. Might someone have a recommendation as to which type of tanbark I should cover my yard's dirt with to tidy it up and increase the resale value? I've been told this matters a great deal.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
