If you care about the environment, ask whether all that money going to Greenwaste to pay for optional composting is the best use of that money. Could we get much more bang for the buck with smarter programs. This is ridiculously expensive for very little value.

Can the Public Utilities Commission be consulted on this? This is way, way too high an increase--especially for the crummy and messy service we have gotten the last five years or more
