Hot Day! 22 degrees cooler inside with out electricity

Original post made by Carol , Barron Park, on Jun 8, 2015

You've got to love it when a canopy of trees above and around your house keeps it 22 degrees cooler inside than outside on a very hot day! Thermometer outside 95 degrees at 4:00pm….thermostat inside 73 degrees!

I watched as the homeowner on the next block spend most of last week removing what appeared to be a very healthy 35 foot tree from their back yard. I wonder if they are regretting it now.
