People Behaving Badly??? My mistake!!

I was driving by the Post office on Hamilton Avenue yesterday just as the sun had begun to break into a beautiful sunny day. I happened to glance over into the parking lot across the street from the Post Office as I drove by. I suddenly had caught a glimpse of a man by the back wall, waving his hands around. He was standing near his bike and still had on his helmet and some sun glasses. I couldn't see exactly what he was doing but it looked like he was defacing the building with graffiti...I slowed down for another short look and proceeded up the street to call 911 in hopes of stopping his antics. I was told that an officer would be on the way..."What was he wearing?? Was he still there?" I went blank except to tell the police phone operator that he was wearing a helmet. I decided to circle the block and look. He had on a green jacket. I called the police operator back. " Green jacket, ok," she responded. "And what color was the helmet" Oh, no, another circle around the block, I thought. No. Just then I turned the corner and guess who was looking into one of the near by shops window with his bike parked by his side...yes, it was "HIM"!!! I glanced up and saw the officers car headed to where I had reported seeing "him" in the first call I made. I called the 911 again and gave the new information of "his" whereabouts now. Now, on my way towards home, I went back by the building where I saw him waiving his hands around, wondering what he had put up on the buildings wall....I looked. And I looked again. Only to see that the biker had taken white spray paint and tried to cover up some one elses' graffeti... I circled the block again to find the do gooder but he rode off into the sunshine.....Thank you, whom ever you were...
