Buena Vista Mobile Home Park Closure Tentative Decision

Labadie finds that the owner's mitigation is sufficient.

From the City's web site:

On August 27, 2014 Hearing Officer Craig Labadie issued a tentative decision on the Mobile Home Park Closure application.

Under the hearing process agree to by the Hearing Officer, Mr. Labadie, and the two parties (Park owner and Park residents) represented by their lawyers will have 10-14 days to provide comments on the tentative decision. Mr. Labadie will take into consideration the parties' comments and issue a final decision, which could be issued within a month. Once the Hearing Officer's final decision is issued, the City will provide notice to the directly affected parties, who will have 10 days to appeal the Hearing Officer's final decision to the City Council. If an appeal is filed, the City Council will agendize the appeal at an appropriate and reasonable time thereafter.
