East Palo Alto residents could face water-rate increase

As a result of the continuing drought and new surcharges, East Palo Alto residents could face a double-digit water-rate increase this summer, staff told the City Council this week.

Very tacky choice to increase fees and taxes when you turn our water muddy as is on August 1, 2014. How long must we endure without taking baths or having drinking water or water to cook with?
