Good article and an Interesting point "an extra $23,400 per year in mortgage payments -- no paltry sum for most of us." But then can most of us buy a 2.4 million home ?

I never heard of your company. Statistics of a more general nature would be more helpful instead of those comparing to your office.

There are always some people who do not care if they uproot their children in the middle of the school year to move to Palo Alto and PAUSD.

Last fall when we sold our house in another PA neighborhood, the people who bought our previous house did just that, despite the weeping protestations of their two children. The parents had no excuse other than wanting their young children in PAUSD
ASAP!
