What about the rat problem? We've had the biggest problems with rats in our yard. I've been told that the city used to trap them in the sewers but stopped because it was "inhumane" now it's turned into an infestation. It's disgusting and rats can carry all sorts of diseases. How is this not a concern to the city.I don't see anything humane about rats.
