Shaw puts Stanford season into perspective

People need a little perspective, according to Stanford coach David Shaw. His team is 5-1 overall, 3-1 in the Pac-12 Conference. What? Is he worried? Not even a smidgen.

Shaw out-coached himself by over-thinking the call on 3rd and 4th at the goal line to win it. He should have went with his bread and butter and ran it. It could have been a QB fake, hand-off to Gaffney or Sanders. Just run it! Now the faint hopes of making the title game are gone.
