Zuckerberg's a billionaire--he's accumulating houses the way they do. If he's in SF or wants to entertain people in SF, then he'll have a place for it. If he wants to be close to Facebook, then he'll have his place in Palo Alto. I expect, if he hasn't done so already, that he'll have places in New York and whatever paradise he likes for vacations--i.e. Hawaii.

Remember, these houses are pocket change for Zuckerberg.

As someone who walks there after dinner 1-2 nights/week, I concur with Mr. Zuckerberg - Edgewood Rd is about as vibrant as a cemetery.
