Ricks Ice Cream is without a doubt the best ice cream I have ever eaten. It's about time the rest of the world is catching on. I am from out of town but I make a beeline for Ricks right out of the gate with every visit and have even attempted to take some back on the plane with me. But alas with the new rules its now imposible. So I am very happy to hear that this small shop will be around for a long time with articles like these letting the people know what they are missing out on. So grab a spoon and and try the rose or pumpkin ice cream so rich you dream about it when it's gone. - Laura
