A "Wake" for La Creme - Tuesday 11/11

Original post made by Half-Caf, Nonfat Latte/Jane, Palo Verde, on Nov 7, 2008

Anyone who would like to say "goodbye" to La Creme de Cafe, stop by the La Creme deck on Tuesday morning, November 11.

Some of us regulars plan to be there to enjoy one last morning of community. If you feel so moved, consider bringing something to share potluck-style (but don't feel you have to in order to stop by).

I'll plan to be there starting around 9am. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD TO THE REGULARS, OCCASIONALS, AND EMPLOYEES (RECENT AND NOT-SO).

Hope to see many of you there.

Can I bring my hash pipe? I know it will be a bit early, but heck, it will be 5pm some where on the planet

A big, warm "Thank You" to all who turned out today. It was great to see so many friendly faces and to hear our neighborhood coffee house may be reincarnated soon.

A special thanks to all the employees who were able to make it (I know some of you had classes today) - we know the abrupt closure was/is much harder on you all.
