Romantics galore for Valentine's Day

What is the most romantic thing you have ever done, planned or been surprised with?

Make this a fun thread which we can all enjoy. We need something happy every once in a while......

My most romantic memory was an unsigned card from the one I ended up marrying while I was dating someone else.....

When I was in my early 20s, my girlfriend at the time laid a trail of rose pedals, which led to a candle-light dinner on the beach. I followed the trail to find she had set up a beautiful dinner with a sliver moon and the rolling waves as a backdrop.
