Facing eviction, 'Mother' Branch gets hope

In a twist of irony, "Mother" Oneida Branch, an 88-year-old woman who for decades has fed and clothed thousands of the hungry and homeless from her modest East Palo Alto home, has herself been facing possible eviction. But this week she has hope that a resolution to her dilemma may be near.

This is happening all over the country. I pray that she does not lose her home. Countrywide is the leading mortgage lender in the nation. They can find away to avoid her eviction, they can resolve this issue without her being harmed. I pray for the best and Nate continue to fight for your mother. I lost mine in 2006.
