Alma Plaza redevelopment has been going on for 10+ years and you expect our City Council to deal with Edgewood Plaza re-development in a matter of months???

I am not looking for resolution, I am looking for movement.I was expecting Sand Hill to deliver a plan for what they wanted to do that addressed unanswered questions. I expected metings, discussions, documents, something. I didn't expect the issue to be quietly dropped. There is an awful lot at stake here for a lot of people and groups, I cannot accept that there is no activity at all.
I have not been involved in Alma Plaza, but just off the top of my head I would say that there is something wrong with a project of that magnitude that is allowed to stagnate that long. I don't feel compelled to accept Edgewood stagnating just because Alma Plaza did.
I don't like to confuse motion with progress, but without motion, there can be no progress.

Wanna guess the fee for preparing new plans for a site? How about how long it will take? And when the plans don't pass muster, that flushing sound. The property owners may well be looking for a pawn shop that will loan them enough money on their parent's burial plot to do the next design. Hope springs eternal. but...
I wrap my gifts in the paper from rejected projects. I tell the recipients that is the most expensive wrapping paper they will ever receive.
