line DB (Dumbarton) from Union City provides this service directly,
but there is limited service outside of rush hours and no service on weekends.
The alternative is to take Samtrans 296 to the Menlo Park Caltrain
station and trasfer to VTA line 22. These lines provide service at night and on weekends.
