What's the deal with Peeing on the Pavement?

Original post made by Giraffe, Duveneck/St. Francis, on Jun 17, 2006

I didn't know it was ok to pee on downtown sidewalks! I am so glad
the Weekly told me this. Many have been the times where I've had the
urge while strolling down University but I held it until I found a
restroom. Now, I don't have to do that anymore!

Memo to the Human Rights Commission who allegedly questioned whether a proposed ordinance to Prohibit Public Peeing was targeting the homeless: I guess asking questions like that is part of your charter, so fair enough. The answer is no, it is not.

It is targeting doorknobs who don't have the common decency to Pee in Private.
