From ajapsandali, a Georgian eggplant stew, to winter squash gratin, to pear tarts and an involved recipe for duck tagliatelle with wagyu beef and chanterelle mushroom sauce, try out these recipes to push your culinary techniques to new levels and explore a wide palette of autumnal flavors.
