CITY COUNCIL ... The council plans to meet in a closed session to discuss possible litigation involving the Sobrato Organization's property at 340 Portage Ave. The council will also hold a study session on the proposed 2023 budget; consider refinancing the city's general obligation bonds that were authorized in a 2008 election; discuss proposals to revise the Community Survey; and consider clarifying in-person protocols for council committees and board and commissions. The council will then go into closed session to discuss property negotiations with the Palo Alto Museum pertaining to 300 Homer Ave. The meeting will begin at 5 p.m. on Monday, May 2, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 250 Hamilton Ave. Those wishing to participate by Zoom can do so by dialing 669-900-6833 and using Meeting ID: 362 027 238.
