It was the best of films, it was the worst of times. 2021 was a terrible year for humanity, but — cold comfort though it may be — a wonderful year for cinema (perversely, alas, not for cinemas).

Wow! Beatles & Disney’s AKA Peter Jackson’s, “Get Back” was not even mentioned!? The COVID covered world and our United States, land of the depraved where “life liberty and the pursuit of ‘private property’ “ is oppressing so many just in Palo Alto alone... Some union !! On the anniversary of Jan 6 white riots — where anything ‘other’ feared our lives, signs of poverty and BLM posters in ginormous front yards spoke volumes . Need over greed, health over wealth! HNY COV-2022.
