CITY COUNCIL ... The council plans to meet in a closed session to discuss existing litigation, Miriam Green v. City of Palo Alto. The council then plans to hear a presentation of the city manager's proposed fiscal year 2020 budget; consider modifications to the city's citywide transportation-impact fees; discuss a workplan for revenue-generating proposals, including a ballot measure in November 2020; and consider a work plan for identifying preferred solutions for grade separations. The closed session will begin at 5 p.m. on Monday, April 22, at City Hall, 250 Hamilton Ave. Regular meeting will follow at 6 p.m. or as soon as possible after the closed session.
