PUBLIC ARTS COMMISSION ... The commission plans to hear a presentation about San Jose's Art Boxes and Downtown Doors Projects; consider allocating funds for artist stipends for City Hall New Media artwork; consider finding a project in the teen room of the Mitchell Park Library and Community Center; and discuss the Capital Improvement Program budget.
