COUNCIL REGIONAL HOUSING MANDATE COMMITTEE ... The committee plans to discuss an update of Plan Bay Area and head an update on the Housing Element process and the city's appeal regarding the Regional Housing Needs Allocation. The meeting will begin at 4 p.m. on Thursday, April 11, in the Council Chambers at City Hall (250 Hamilton Ave.).
HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION ... The commission plans to hear a presentation from the Mountain View Day Worker Center and to hear another presentation from Martin Eichner, formerly of the Palo Alto Mediation Program, as part of a learning series about affordable housing. The commission will also consider approving a letter of support for the San Francisco Bay Area Water Trail grant application. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 11, in the Council Conference Room at City Hall (250 Hamilton Ave.).
