CITY COUNCIL ... The council plans to discuss the long-term plan for the Regional Water Quality Control Plant and the proposed action plan for construction of a waste-to-energy facility at Byxbee Park. The council is also scheduled to continue its discussion on potential revisions to the city's zoning regulations to allow installation of cell towers on city property. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. on Monday, July 2, in the Council Chambers at City Hall (250 Hamilton Ave.).

CITY COUNCIL FINANCE COMMITEE ... The committee plans to review the financial report for the third quarter of fiscal year 2012 and to discuss the scope and methodology of the Cost of Services study. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 3, in the Council Conference Room at City Hall (250 Hamilton Ave.).
