Looking to get Halloween started early this year? Don your costume and head out to Menlo Park’s Halloween Hoopla on Saturday, Oct. 31 from 11:45 a.m. to 3 p.m. The annual trick-or-treat event and costume parade welcomes revelers of all ages. All participants get a bag for trick-or-treating at participating shops in downtown Menlo Park. The parade ends at Fremont Park, where kids (and those young-at-heart) can enjoy a magic show, carnival games and crafts. For more information, go to menlopark.org.
