CITY COUNCIL … The council plans to appoint members to the Utilities Advisory Commission, the Planning and Transportation Commission and the Human Relations Commission. The council then plans to approve a contract with Flock Safety for automated license plate recognition technology; consider whether to re-dedicate a 10-acre site next to Byxbee Park as parkland; and hear an update about federal and state legislation.
