The Gators (2-5, 1-2) host Burlingame (4-3, 0-3) next Friday at 7:30 p.m. in a game that could decide Sacred Heart Prep's postseason hopes. A victory would help SH Prep get into a position to finish fourth, the final automatic spot for a Central Coast Section playoff berth.

The Panthers lost to undefeated Aragon, 14-8, on Friday night.

Peter Larson added a 32-yard field goal for the Gators, who ended a four-game losing streak.

In the SCVAL El Camino Division, Gunn fell to host Monta Vista, 26-14, on Friday night.

Gunn (3-4, 1-2) hosts Cupertino for Senior Night on Friday at 7 p.m.
